We have smashed brains with Marz Community Brewing to used science, math, and luck to brew a tiki twist on a black and tan (traditionally dry stout and lager). Both breweries designed beers together that would taste delicious individually, but would taste even more delicious when combined together! We fermented a white stout with coconut on oak, and Marz brewed a dry hopped black Berliner Weiss with pineapple. Together both beers form…Super Piña Collider!
Both beers will be released in conjunction at Maria’s Packaged Goods at 5pm on Feb 17th to kick-off a week-long tiki tropical freak-out at Maria’s dubbed “Hot Tropics”. Brewers from both breweries will be there to conduct the collision by floating the Marz brewed berliner on top of the Pipeworks brewed white stout. Go pick up your grass skirts from the dry-cleaners, because this is going to be a super duper Super Piña Collider party.
The labels for both beers were designed by Franklyn design studio. Both beers will see normal retail distribution beginning February 20 2017.
